TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
AND GENERAL INFORMATION
 
BOOKING TERMS:
All BOOKING TERMS: are from FRIDAY to FRIDAY unless expressly agreed otherwise. A depost of £50.00 per week booked should be forwarded with your completed booking form. Balance payable 28 days before arrival. All cheques shoiuld be made payable to HOLIDAY PROPERTIES please.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING:
Six persons is the maximum number permitted to occupy the apartment, and it is offered only to families or parties of mature age. Pets cannot be accommodated.
In the event of a cancellation the hirer must inform us immediately, and without prejudice to our right to the balance in full, we will attempt to obtain a re-let. In the event of a re-let being obtained, we will return all monies paid, less any expensed incurred in obtaining the re-let.
ACCOMMODATION WILL BE AVAILABLE BY 3.00 pm ON DAY OF ARRIVAL AND MUST BE VACATED BY 10am ON DAY OF DEPARTURE.
CAR PARKING (parking is not guaranteed):
Parking for ONE CAR ONLY is sometimes available on the shared parking area on a first come basis. If you park in the shared parking area please put a note of your flat number on the dashboard, and please co-operate with other tenants if you are requested to move up or down to make room for other cars.
There is a certain amount of free street parking in the area and Pay & Display on the harbour. If you bring two cars you are welcome to leave one car at my house - details on request.
GENERAL:
Central heating, electricity and gas are included as part of the tariff. Bed linen (duvets) bath mats, table linen and tea towels are provided. We also provide one bath sheet and two hand towels per person, per week. Beach towels are not provided.

IT WOULD BE APPRECIATED IF YOU DID NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE FLAT
