There is a large bay window with a seating area overlooking the harbour, and a side window with seating overlooking West Looe Square and the town. There are three double bedrooms, all with attractive soft furnishings, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and washbasin. Two bedrooms have twin beds and overlook the harbour, and the third bedroom at the rear of the property has a 5ft zip/link double bed. The bathroom has a full size suite with shower attachment in the bath and there is a separate shower room with a large shower compartment, second W.C. and washbasin. The dining room seats six and, and a French window leads onto the long glass fronted balcony. Part of the extensive range of kitchen units form a convenient servery to the dining room and the kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, and microwave etc. It is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, utensils, glassware and table linen. The Utility room off the hall contains the central heating boiler, washing machine, drying lines, iron and ironing board etc. An initial supply of toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs etc., is provided for your convenience. If you book the apartment for two weeks we will provide an intermediate clean (at no extra charge, if you wish) and a full linen change.
